Access Allowed is a stash located in the Cordon in Clear Sky.
Overview[]
The stash coordinates are gained from Sidorovich. The location of the stash is just northeast building of the Mill, ground floor in the northeast corner. If you enter the building from the east you may not have to deal with the Flesh herd running around in between the two buildings.
