Backpack under stairs is a stash located in the Agroprom in Clear Sky.
Overview[]
The stash coordinates are gained from looting a corpse. The location of the stash is the northeast end of the Agroprom Underground where you emerge after flooding the lower section.

- When you first arrive at this level of the underground, there's a Bandit patrolling the hallway.
