Backpack under stairs (hospital) is a stash located in the Deserted Hospital in Clear Sky.
Overview[]
The stash coordinates are gained by looting a corpse. The location of the stash is first of three areas that make up the Deserted Hospital.
Walkthrough[]
When you first enter the hospital, a Clear Sky squad commander orders you to take out the sniper that has them pinned down. You need to go to the right (east) and down a flight of stairs to get into position. The backpack is under those stairs on the ground floor.
Notes[]
- You cannot use the map of your PDA while in the hospital, only the mini-map of your HUD.
- Once you pass the machine gun nest into the second area of the hospital, you cannot go back.
