En route to Agroprom is a stash located in the Garbage in Clear Sky.
Overview
The stash coordinates are gained from Vasyan. The location of the stash is along the road to the Agroprom west of the Train hangar.
Walkthrough
The Bandits at the road block are hostile and will rob you of your money. So, approach from the north and walk over the hill. Start sprinting when you hear the Bandits tell you to stop. There might be a little radiation hot spot on the south side of the hill, but you can just run right through it. The case is in the back of the vehicle.
