Panel board inside the transformer room is a stash located in Yantar in Clear Sky.
Overview[]
The stash coordinates are gained from looting a corpse. The location of the stash actually on the outside of a small building northeast of the overhead crane in open area of the Production complex.
Notes[]
- As you enter the front gate of the Production complex, you are hit with a critical Psi-emission level. However, if you wait until after the mission with Lefty and his men, there is no emission in this area.
- The Zombified Stalkers won't attack unless they are close and see you. Again, if you wait until after the mission, the number of zombies is down to only a few.
