Shadow of Chernobyl
Edit
Description
Edit
When you hold this mystery of the Zone in your hands, you feel how your skin becomes tougher and less sensitive. You can still shoot through it with a bullet, but it's much more difficult to cut through.
Acquisition
Edit
This artifact can be found exposed in the Red Forest, near the first Monolith sniper. It is usually present at the Monolith sculpture in their HQ in Pripyat. Several stashes contain this artifact, including one in Red Forest, one in Yantar, and one in Pripyat. It is also given as a reward for killing Father Diodor.
Clear Sky
Edit
Description
Edit
Quite a rare artifact, formed in zones of strong chemical contamination. It is valued for it's ability to 'stir up' the body, so that it can recover in just a few minutes from even the most grievous wounds. Scientists are analyzing information on the possible impact the artifact might have on the genetic material of the owner, though there is no definite answer yet. Radioactive.
Call of Pripyat
Edit
Description
Edit
A relatively rare artifact which forms in areas contaminated with chemicals, Kolobok is highly valued for its ability to heal wounds of any kind in mere minutes. For unknown reasons, scientists are spreading rumors among stalkers that the artifact interacts with the bearer's genetic code. Emits radiation.
Acquisition
Edit
A rare artifact, it only has one set spawn, at the very top of the Oakpine Anomaly in Zaton (the bottom left corner of the top third of the Call of Pripyat map). Joker died trying to grab it.
It can also be found at Swamp in Zaton and possibly other chemical anomaly fields.
Related Quests
Edit
Garik (AKA Garry) needs one of these, as well as a Meat Chunk to get out of his contract with Hermann.
Notes
Edit
The health regeneration equals out to 8 HP regenerated over a 2 'in-game minute' period (12 seconds) – in short, it takes a full in-game half an hour (3 realtime minutes) to return yourself from the brink of death.
Trivia
Edit
Kolobok is named after the main character in a slavic fairy tale.
