Kremen is a Freedom expert during the events of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat.

Kremen serves as Loki's aide-de-camp and strike team leader.

Kremen appears inside of Yanov Station, and remains inside the station at all times until Morgan's PDA is given to Freedom. After doing so, Kremen will rally a squad of veterans and deploy to the Duty warehouse. He will then engage Lieutenant Gavrilenko's squad in a firefight and will remain to guard the warehouse should he survive the fighting.
If the battle never comes to pass, or the PDA is given to Duty, he remains either outside Loki's office or idles in the bar, either if Strider is recruited into Freedom or Flint is taken care of. His position as Loki's personal guard is taken over by Strider if he is recruited into Freedom.
It is also possible to find Kremen wandering around outside of Yanov, usually with more Freedom members, if the mission Duty ware house has been completed for Freedom. Otherwise, he remains inside Yanov station forever.
Related missions[]
- Duty warehouse: If Morgan's PDA was given to Loki, then Kremen will lead the strike team in charge of backing up Gaiduk against Duty.
Trivia[]
- His name, Kremen is from Russian language and means "flint”. However, in the Polish version of the game he is named "Flint” – exactly the same as Magpie, who uses name Flint as a disguise.
