You had a team job to do, so you put a great squad together and proved you're a leader.

Leader is an Achievement earned in Call of Pripyat. It ties directly into the main missions line.

RewardsEdit

• Your team has higher health and damage resistance in the Pripyat Underground mission.
• Your team becomes nigh-invulnerable in the remaining main quest missions.
• Anyone that survives to the final mission is mentioned in the ending.

Earning the AchievementEdit

In order to earn this achievement, you need to recruit four stalkers for the journey through the Yanov Underground:

• Zulu joins your team by default.
• Lt. Sokolov joins your team if you can secure a closed-cycle respiratory suit for him in Anomalous Plant mission.
• Vano joins you if you solve his problems with the Bandits - Vano's Debt mission.
• Strider joins you if you give his brethren a place to stay in the Duty or Freedom factions.

Nitro accompanies the team to the Jupiter Factory to open the passage, but stays behind in Yanov.

Contrary to what Zulu says, you can not recruit Noah. Each member of the squad fights with their own distinct style and approach, but, even if you have a complete team, it is highly recommended you run ahead and treat them as if they were made of glass in the Yanov Underground - if you let them wade in they will all likely die.
