Marked by the Zone

"Marked by the Zone" icon.

You managed to survive an emission without taking cover thanks to the anabiotic pills. The effects of this on your psyche are unclear, as you notice a strange silence inside your mind. It seems that you no longer hear a constant stream of thoughts.

Marked by the Zone is an Achievement in Call of Pripyat.

Rewards

• Can survive a blowout without the need for anabiotics (note your health will drop to a dangerously low level, about 2-3 bars, and you will pass out).

• This achievement also seems to remove the "distant voices" from the background music. (if you haven't heard the "voices" stand still under ground or in the dark in Jupiter alone and turn up the volume, the voices whisper things in Russian and English. Coupled with the environment it produces a nice scare).

Earning the Achievement

This Achievement is fairly simple. It's earned by using Anabiotics during an Emission in order to survive three times.
