The Moonlight is an artifact that can be found in all three S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games.

Description
This artifact is formed in Electro anomalies on rare occasions. It has the most powerful restorative abilities, at the cost of resistance to electricity. Rare and expensive artifact.
Acquisition
There are four fixed placements of this artifact within the Zone:
- One is always within the Electro tunnel in the Agroprom Underground, with up to three others as random spawns in the same general area.
- Two more are fixed placements in the Wild Territory, one in the open to the north-west of the Bandit camp spawn point, the other further west within two overlapping Electros.
- One more is near the Monolith "sculpture" in Pripyat.
- One other is located in the Scout's backpack stash, in Lab X-16.
The Moonlight artifact will only be visible and collectible between midnight and 5:00AM. Moonlight artifacts dropped by the player onto the ground outside this time frame will deactivate seconds afterwards, and will stay hidden until the proper time period comes up again.
Pricing
Moonlight artifacts can be sold for a disappointing 3250 RU, but Sakharov will pay 5000 RU. Sakharov gives out a mission that requires you to bring him a Moonlight artifact, in exchange for 10000 RU and scientific medkits, or more rarely, a SEVA Suit.

This unique electrostatic artifact can resonate under the influence of psy-waves. Stalkers have learned to fine-tune the artifact so that it resonates in opposite phase, thus absorbing psy-emissions. Emits radiation.
