He is an Expert member of the Freedom faction and can be found at the Bloodsucker village in the Army Warehouses area. Originally, he lead a squad of five Freedomers who were sent into the Bloodsucker village to investigate the area.
Added by Scare Cr0wTwo of the squad were killed by Bloodsuckers near the water tower. Now with only three of them left, they sit around a campfire thinking of what to do next.
He can hand out a quest (provided the Marked One hasn't already taken the same quest from Skinflint) that requires the elimination of all Bloodsuckers in the village. Skinflint will give the reward, a Crystal, for completing the quest.(if you have failed the mission skinflint gave you he will give you the quest but you will fail it as you recieve it.)
TriviaEdit
- There is a slight chance he will be killed by a few wandering Bloodsuckers that would attack his squad's encampment from time to time. Leading the Bloodsuckers to them can be a good way to complete the mission given by Duty without angering Freedom.
- He is also a possible source for the stash coordinates for Murk's treasure stash.
