Overview
Edit
The soul is an unique organic artifact with properties just as unique - its emissions dramatically increase the body's recovery rate. Thanks to its reasonable price and an attractive appearance, this artifact is a valuable collector's item. Emits radiation.

Shadow of Chernobyl Edit
DescriptionEdit
Very rarely found artifact, located near the Whirligig anomaly. Only a very few manage to find this artifact, and few have even seen it. It has a nice shape and an equally nice price.
AcquisitionEdit
This artifact can be found near a Bandit camp in the Garbage, right behind the derelict machinery scrapyard. One or more of these artifacts may spawn in the Dark Valley, one can spawn in lab X18, and one or more can spawn in Pripyat, all of these being random spawns. Another has the chance to be found in a secret stash located in Yantar.
Clear Sky Edit

Souls are now spawned by Fruit Punch anomalies, rather than Whirligigs. There are no fixed spawns for Souls as they all may or may not appear when scanning Fruit Punches.
Call of PripyatEdit

Souls return as they did in Clear Sky and still spawned by Fruit Punch anomalies as well as Gas. The game has two fixed spawns for Souls, two of them in Yanov: one is in the Quarry area, near Splinter, and the other one in near the Concrete Bath Anomaly, and one in Zaton: obtained from Snag's Steel box either by asking Cardan to open it, or choosing the artifact as a reward from Snag if you choose to give back the crate to him. Beard may also sell these after completing the Tempting Business side mission.

The artifact has had its model changed in between Shadow of Chernobyl and Clear Sky.
