Acquiring
This PDA is carried by the randomly named Sultan's messenger met at Yanov Substation while he is just about to execute Snag in the course of the Theft mission. After coming closer the player is engaged in a short discussion and if he decides to rescue Snag by killing the oppressor this PDA is found on his body. It has no further meaning nor any impact on later game events. It can be sold to Owl for 500 RU.
