Stashes in CoP[]
While most stashes are stocked at the start of the game, there are a couple that do require certain missions to be completed before they are stocked. One of the two stashes in Izumrudnoye (the one with the TRs 301 assault rifle and ammo) is not stocked until you complete one of the Beard missions. I believe it's the raid on the stalker camp on the other ship that unlocks it, however, if you try to clear out that specific stash before completing that mission, you'll find it's not populated.
