Freedom or Duty to take measurements[]

I believe Duty or Freedom were initially ment to take the readings. The player could side again with either fraction. How I assume that? Some (unused) insults between a Freedom & Duty member in the games sound files proves this somewhat. N0la 20:51, March 4, 2011 (UTC)
