The bag is on the support beam is a stash featured in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl.
Overview

The simplest way to approach this stash is by climbing the ladder onto the roof of the factory at the far western end of the complex. It is the only ladder visible from the entrance to the Agroprom Underground. Once on the roof, the player can climb down inside the building and along the skywalk between the two buildings. The stash is on the southern side of the skywalk, on the support beam, strangely enough!
