GSC Game World has announced another round of the quest design competition, once again limited only to Russian-speaking S.T.A.L.K.E.R. fans. As explained in this post, participants are supposed to submit a design document (at most 1 page of A4 format) for a quest the player can undertake in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2. The contest will run from 25th September 2010 to 11th March 2011 in two turns and will be judged by two jury teams.
